I love coffee, but I only drink it when I need to make sure I don't fall asleep at my desk at work. It's just enough to keep me moving until my body decides it wants to wake up. But I do have to have breakfast--I get nauseous if I don't eat something in the morning--and sometimes, I'll do some yoga to get myself moving.
